Kintamani Arabica
From the mineral-rich ash of Mount Batur to the specialized processing tables of Belantih, every bean we handle carries the authentic soul of Kintamani. Our Direct Trade partnership ensures we control the entire vertical chain, delivering unprecedented quality to global roasters and supporting sustainable prosperity for our farming communities.
Green Wholesale (Green Export)
High-altitude Kintamani Arabica, sorted and graded for international export. We provide raw green beans for roasters globally who want to share the volcanic soul of Bali with their own customers.
Washed Process (Green Export)
Our washed green beans offer a clean, high-acidity profile. By removing the fruit quickly, we preserve the bright, floral notes characteristic of the Belantih region.
Natural & Honey (Green Export)
For roasters seeking sweetness. Our Natural (sun-dried) and Honey-processed green beans retain their mucilage during drying, resulting in heavy-bodied, syrupy raw stock.
Signature Medium Roast
Perfectly balanced with a smooth, velvety body. This roast highlights the natural sweetness of the Bali Highlands, offering notes of toasted almond, milk chocolate, and a hint of stone fruit. Ideal for those who love a classic, approachable cup.
Volcanic Dark Roast
Intense, smoky, and deeply satisfying. Roasted longer to bring out oils and caramelization, this selection delivers a heavy body with rich notes of dark cocoa, molasses, and a lingering spice finish. Built for the bold coffee lover.
Mountain Water Decaf
All of the soul, none of the caffeine. Using a chemical-free decaffeination process, we’ve preserved the complex profile of our beans. Expect a clean, crisp cup with a nutty aroma and a surprisingly sweet, caramel-like finish.

We exclusively source heritage Arabica varietals, primarily USDA 762 and S-795, which have thrived in the Kintamani highlands for generations. These varietals are prized for their resilience and their ability to translate volcanic minerals into a rich, complex cup profile.

Transparency is at the core of our supply chain. By removing the traditional “collector” middleman, we ensure that the premium paid for speciality quality goes directly back to the Belantih farmers, supporting local education and family livelihoods.

The Art of the Process
From Cherry to Cup
WASHED - Purity & Precision
Our washed process highlights the sparkling clarity of the Belantih highlands. By fermenting the beans in mountain water, we preserve the bright, citric acidity and delicate floral aromas characteristic of elite Kintamani Arabica.
NATURAL - Intensity & Tradition
A tribute to the Balinese sun. Cherries are dried whole on raised beds for up to 21 days, allowing the bean to absorb the fruit’s natural sugars. The result is a heavy-bodied cup with deep notes of stone fruit and dark chocolate.
HONEY - Complexity & Sweetness
The artisan’s choice. We remove the skin but leave the 'honey' mucilage intact during drying. This specialized method produces a syrupy, jam-like mouthfeel and a complex sweetness that bridges the gap between our clean and bold profiles.
